2. Delivery Method

The ordered product is shipped by Express Mail Service (EMS) of Japanese Postal Service.
It will be delivered to you within 10 to 14 days.

3. Custom Fees and Import Duties

The products may be subject to custom fee and import duties levied by the shipping destination country.
Micronet Corporation does not have control over these charges. For more information about the custom policies
of your country, you should contact your local custom office.

Returns and Exchanges Policy

We will accept the returns and exchanges of unopened items up to 8 days of delivery. We will pay the return
shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept the returns of opened items in principle.

Refunds

We will send you refund notification email once we've received the returned item.
In principle, we will process refunds in the same payment method originally used for the purchase.
When the return is not the result of our error, the cost of processing fees such as bank transfer fees,
fees for receiving funds in PayPal and others, is deducted from the amount of the refund.
